Thank goodness ??

So happy I received my keys. The process has been a real process that’s all I can say, but I can say the staff there is amazing. Manny the property manager will do all he can to help assist you. His team Mrs. Belinda and Dana all work around the clock to get you in as quick as possible. Have all the documentation thats needed and they will do all they can to get you in as soon as possible.

Amazing Apartment Complex

amazing apartments , lovely manger's only problem is all the kids love to be outside running and stuff even drive 4 wheeler on the property they make too much noise and always bang on my door to ask if I have any trash to throw so i can pay them its annoying. Overall the apartment complex is beautiful. Liz is amazing and Le'sedrick is a sweet heart!

Convient Location

I really am pleased with the location of the apt. It is just a few minutes to a variety of restaurants and the Willowbrook Mall. Only a few blocks from 1960 West and highway 249.
We have had no problems living here.

Wellington Park

Wellington park is a great place to live I love the leasing office assistants and the maintance. I never had any problems with anyone they take are of everything with out any hesitations. The apartment complex is very friendly and very open... I would recommend these apartments to anyone...

It's a good apartment for its price.

When I first moved in, I encountered a "small roach problem" htat lasted a couple of weeks. Which to me was a huge problem. The property manager is unprofessional and seems unexperienced. However, onece that problem was resolved by ME and not the apts, it was a nice place to live. I heard people complain of break ins butI never had a problem with theft.
