Parc at South Green

I stayed here for 3 years and the experience has had few ups and many downs. Throughout our stay I believe there have been 3 different management companies take over this property so take that into account.

The gym started out fine with a full rack of dumbbells and functional cardio and cable machines. Now half of the dumbbells are missing, cables broken, and cardio machines without electrical cords. Not to mention the gym was without AC for weeks at a time.

The pools. I have been able to... enter the pool 1 time across my entire stay here. It was always closed for various reasons leaving the community without a pool 90% of the time.

The dumpsters stayed full or overflowing. The area around said dumpsters were always gross.

The fencing was destroyed in hurricane beryl in July 2024. Around the time we left the complex in early 2026 they were just finishing repairs on what was left of the fence. This left the community open for almost 2 years.

Lawn care at times was absolutely neglected. Leaving grass almost knee high around the property.

We had constant issues with water. Our water was constantly being turned off, and when the water was flowing it was cold. We spent countless days without hot water, at one time it was off for an entire week due to boiler issues.

When we started my partner and I were each promised covered parking spots at no extra charge. Over time they attempted to change parking that made it much harder for residents to park and forcing us to begin paying a monthly fee to park and forcing guests to register vehicles anytime they parked on the property. I called the leasing office to get more information about two bedrooms. A person named Keisha or Tasha (something like that) was very rude to me and I don't understand why. I asked if I could get some leasing information for two bedrooms emailed to me. She said in a huff there would be no availability until 10/23 or 10/24. I didn't understand why she said it to me with an attitude since there was no way for me to know that. When I said I could work with that, she very rudely asked "well what... information are you looking for?" which stumped me because I just told you the information I was looking for. Obviously I'm looking for leasing information since I specifically asked for leasing information for two bedrooms. I wish someone from the office could tell me how a prospective tenant is supposed to get information. If the leasing staff isn't interested in giving information over the phone, that can be stated professionally. Also, the website could have rental rates and availability listed since the staff isn't interested in helping prospective tenats. Read More

I just moved here and everything has been good! I talk to the office staff regularly. And the interior of the apt are refurbished with hard wood floors and nice appliances.
It is near 45 freeway so u do heard car noise but it is so nice to be able get on the road fast in the morning.

Really the best apartment for the price in the area! I actually like going into the office here. Not only are they nice, they're fun to talk to and just brighten up your day. Love my

Been here for a few months now and seriously for the rent, it's the nicest in this area! They have a relatively new gym that has enough stuff I was able to cancel my gym membership. Just like most people, I had read reviews before going to look at apartments and the few on here that had given me pause, I now realize are old. I asked the leasing agent about the issues I seen and she said most of them are old from the prior owners. Makes sense now!
