Richmond Estates

This apartment has the potential to be a good Apartment community, but it was messed up - just the way West Oaks Mall messed up (which is directly opposite the apartment btw)
I have Lived here for a year now and it is actually getting worse daily
The state of things:
1. All materials used building the apartment, as well as Appliances are very cheap and non functional. Dishwasher doesnt wash well, stove doesnt operate well, window blinds are falling off, sink is leaking etc. The will actually... charge you to replace their substandard items in the unit, if it gets broke.

2. No washer and Dryer Appliances - Yes, there is none!
because the owners are very STINGY, wanting to maximize profit
You will have to buy your own washer and dryer is you want to stay here - bad, for an Apartment built in 2021

3. Elevator breaks down always and it doesnt have any AC vent. It is like an oven during summer

4. Noise is very high - because they used cheap materials and did not noise proof the units, you can literally hear everything you neighbor is doing, weather day or night

5. Weed smoking is rampant- always smelling weed in the hallway, stair-way and elevator

6. Gym has very inferior equipment and only opens during office hours

7. Pool area has been underdeveloped from day 1 - this apartment started leasing in Nov 2021, and I have lived here for one year. Yet, the pool area doesnt have any shade or chairs for residents to use and they dont plan doing anything about it, because it has been like that for almost 2 years now

8. There are lots more things, but I'll stop for now

The staff seems to be nice, but the major issue is the owners/management - They are very STINGY, wanting to maximize profit while spending the least cost. Read More
