This apartment complex is dishonest and vindictive. They went back and put a $265 charge on my credit report after I was denied for their apartment and already paid for the application fee. Not to mention they also sent the same to my co applicant. Essentially they are triple charging me for a denied application!! Worst apartments I ever stayed in! Wish I could have broken my lease! Roaches are HORRIBLE! Your rent ledger never makes sense they charge for everything! Outside of apartment walls need to be power washed it has no type of appeal just Ew! Don’t even waste your money or time applying here!! It deserves NO STARS!

This property is excellent in my eyes due to the fact that the management staff was very responsive!! The application process was quick simple and easy. There is also a residential portal where you can access everything. You do everything online. Pay your rent, late fees, request maintenance repairs and much more!! This was the most not complex application I’ve ever done.

The apartment is okay but it’s the office staff they are lazy never answer the phones never want to assist they be “open” and have the door to the office locked because they don’t wanna work then always I mean always have a attitude with you

They lie to me on the phone saying it’s fine to apply even though I told them I’m currently employed and can’t pay the five times rent because I don’t work in state because my other job is currently 4 hours away and decide to not refund my money even though I’ve given them updated versions of my transcripts don’t move in there
