Awful experience at the end of my lease. My apartment was cleaner when left that when I took possession. They refused to give me 100% of my deposit, fabricated fees that was never listed when I signed. These units are really not fit to be lived in, extremely old and should be torn down. Renter beware. Walk the property, ask the neighbors how it is. You’ll get honest answers, not the best place to spend your hard earned money. Location is amazing, property is struggling. It’s apparent by the... maintenance, this company does not afford proper care of this property.

Amazing place to live!
The amenities are unbelievable. The residents are really looked after by the management, leasing staff and the maintenance guy. We looked at several places before moving in and we are thrilled that we chose The San Felipe Townhomes .The pool is kept clean and beautiful. This is a very classy and friendly place to live and it is in an excellent location.“

Transitioning
My house is currently undergoing renovations, and I was quite anxious about the transition to temporary apartment living, especially after hearing some horror stories. However, Tanya has made the entire process incredibly smooth, and the apartments have been so comfortable that I hardly miss my home. The atmosphere is warm, the neighbors are wonderful, and the floor plans are fantastic—I will definitely miss living here. I haven't needed any maintenance aside from a change of the AC filter, but... Kevin has been quick and meticulous, leaving no mess behind. I want to thank San Felipe Townhome for making this experience so enjoyable.

Overall
The management has been exceptional in addressing our needs during my nearly year-long residency. The maintenance team is efficient and maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which has pleasantly surprised me. I particularly appreciate the presence of public restrooms near the pools, as it eliminates the need to return to the apartment for such necessities. This arrangement is highly convenient and demonstrates a commendable attention to detail.
