Bad Commuunication

Moved from across the country, and looked like a nice place to live. The place looks nice, but the front office is not helpful. Had to send an e-money order for $100 and didn't hear back for weeks. When I called, they kept saying they would get back to me. One person told me I was denied, but couldn't tell me why. Nobody ever got back to me. Be very careful before you give them your money.

If You Receive a Conditional Offer Be Cautious!

GIVE THEM ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY UNTIL YOUR LEASE IS FULLY ENACTED AND SIGNED. I am still waiting on over $1500 from an apartment that I was approved for and then later denied due to an office oversight. Be cautious or you could put yourself and/or family out of home and money.

Best apartments in Spring!

We have been on a lot of tours since we are new to the area, but nothing stood out like Saxon Pond Flats. The community is new and has nice features. The staff, Mckenzie and Tawana were two peas in a pod. They made us feel welcome and took the time to show us around. We can't say enough great things about the community and the two ladies in the office.
