Don’t waste your time or money

Not taking out trash, always empty office, no office supplies to print documents, no working elevators, rent was posted late and without utilities, for the month of February and March. Bilt app is terrible and no proper resident portal. RPM came in, fired everyone, now they cannot figure anything out.

Amazing Staff & Location

This is my second month here, and Jesse has truly been a saving grace! From the moment I toured the complex to making sure I was taken care of every step of the way, he has always gone above and beyond. Every time I see him, he greets me with a warm smile and welcoming presence that instantly makes me feel at home.

The staff at The Heights on Katy are also incredibly attentive, handling each tenant’s needs with care and staying in consistent communication so everyone feels informed about what’s...
happening in the community.

The amenities are wonderful, and the location of the complex is E V E R Y T H I N G! Moving here has been the best decision I’ve made yet!

Nothing Good About This Place

All drive in gates are broken, both pools are closed, grass gets a foot tall, trash not picked up daily, expect maggots in hallways, they got in my apartment. Managment has no plans to fix anything and offers no compensation.

Don’t move in

You literally have to email corporate to get work orders done. Not the general email on the website, CORPORATE. then maintenance comes out. High staff turnover, the manager and leasing agents have quit and I’ve been here for 6 months.

They care more about aesthetics than the quality of apartments. So many residents have leaks, gate are broken and a/c issues, however the manager (who quit) once emailed residents their input on what color to paint the elevator (I’m not kidding).

Emerge living...
prioritize getting residents in, even corporate staff told me “I don’t care about resident stories, I need the sale. Move in.” Direct quote. Leasing office is always too busy to help, you have to be a Karen to get work orders fixed (again, emailing corporate).

Packages are unorganized in the back. Managers are late paying vendors. Pool was closed by the city. It’s like an attractive person but with no depth. You really want to date a person like that? That’s what a lease is here.

Its saving grace is location: in the inner loop, close to I-10 and 610. But that’s it. It’s not worth the hassle, truly.

amazing staff and great property

Austin is a very talented sales person. He is friendly and know how to sell and show the features of the property. He is very professional and helpful. My friend and I have a wonderful experience. We are applying for an apartment in this property.
