It’s been 4 months and I still have not received my deposit. I’ve called about 50 times and they just give you the run around. Not once has anyone called me back.Don’t move in to this place!

Roaches in the food, Roaches in the bathroom, Roaches in the bed
Do you like roaches in your food, bed, home and just about anywhere else you can think of? Do you like management that is completely inept and incapable of ever scheduling the exterminator? Do you like micromanaging simple office tasks like:
Getting your rent correct?
Getting you a copy of your lease?
Scheduling an exterminator for a pre-existing and health violating roach infestation?
Then join Province on the Park's amazing roach infested tenants in celebrating all there is to love about... this location. From management that never addresses clear health violations, to discovering that roaches crawl in your food while you are asleep. And in your bed. And over your body. and in your mouth. Roaches everywhere. Roaches for anyone free on the house from Province on the Park.

It's Okay Not so Bad
It's Okay at first since I've been here More then A Year they Change Management like 3 Times. Oh Yeah if you wanna move here Be ready because when it rains it gets flooded B Aware You gonna live Next The Bayou. Parking here is very limited Oh Yeah And one More Get Ready to see Raccoons In the Day or Night By The dumpster So Nasty!!!

Since taking over, we have been working diligently to address various concerns and enhance the overall living experience for our residents. We have implemented measures to improve drainage during rainy periods to minimize flooding risks. Additionally, we are actively addressing parking availability to ensure residents have adequate spaces.
Regarding wildlife sightings, we are working on implementing strategies to mitigate these issues and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.

Great property to live at
I have been living at park de ville for about 5 years and never had a problem here. Maintenance staff is excellent have always done my maintenance request on time, office staff is very professional and helpful. I really recommend you to live here it is a quiet and calm place its located in the outer skirt of greenspoint.
