Since the start from applying to get an apartment here to moving in was very smooth and great experience for my first time renting out, and that was thanks to Nalleli. Such a wondeful pleasing person. Great customer service, nice apartments, and very quiet during the day & night.

Read this

These apartments are horrible. I had a lot of spiders, and ants in my kitchen. Also, these apartments flooded in April 2016. Now it is June, two month later, and they still haven't finished the repairs. I don't have interior doors in my apartment. Also, I don't have carpet on my floor. My walls have not been painted since the flood two months ago. I feel so grateful that my contract finished in May. I was so excited to move to my new apartment, far a way from Rockridge Park Apartments. Finally ,… I have interior doors, carpet, painted walls, and management that really cares about their residents. Also, it is so difficult to get your deposit back when you move. They are looking for minimal details to not give you back your money. I left the apartment clean and they don't want give me my money back. Seriously, I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to have a good life don't come here. Now you know. If you want to have a horrible experience, move here.To confirm the info read news from April 2016. These apartments were flooded

roaches

I been here almost 2 years..first unit had soooo many roaches they move me to other side of apartments in different unit...I'm her now n guess what this one have is full of roaches as well..we try everything taking out everything in cabinets told we had to leave while they do it n after...they come every Monday to put powder down n they put it on whatever in there way like no one stay here. I wrote a letter to terentino properties. All they did is send the same man that was already coming every… Monday to come 1 friday...it's 8.51am I killed 4 roaches so far this morning. ..I clean every Sunday no kids here just me n my husband...I have 4 months n I can't wait..very nasty apartments old n new to b re build..maybe they will help..oh yeah I'm on 2nd floor n had a rat ..I think they stay n the walls..run
