So before I moved in Nea and Norma where awesome. And this review is not based on them. I moved in a week ago and two days ago my dryer broke. I reported it then and finally got the below response. Which is not acceptable. I have clothes in dryer and washer and and the mildew smell is unbearable. Now there are gnats in the laundry room. I also have a bad roach problem. I have never lived in any apartment complex where they tell you make your own arrangements to fix a dryer and tell you they... don't know when it will be fixed. I am disabled and can not believe this type of treatment. Also went to pick up package from locker that was very large and was told I had to take it right then. I explained my knee situation and she watched me almost fall 3 times and just looked with no compassion. I know there are mostly good reviews here, but most are based on Nea and Norma being nice in office. I am giving a true review based on the experience as a new resident to give anyone a heads up. I’ve been living here for years and overall have no issues. I would say Nea in the front office helps out a lot and is very caring and attentive and honestly that all you can ask for!

Management doesnt care about the complaints. Place smell weed all the time, refrigerator is so loud, water pressure is very weak.

These apartments are one of the best I have lived in , in a long time. Me and my kids enjoy the quiet neighborhood, the pool is well kept as well as the gym. Diamond was so very helpful and made my move in soo smooth very professional. Any minor fixes I have needed was fixed right away . If you are suggesting these apartments i absolutely recommend .

The apartments look nice but its not worth the trouble I've been having. Its noisy and some of the residents are low class. A lot of loud mexicans live here. You'll constantly have to hear people blasting their tv sound system or music through the walls, shouting and arguing on their balcony's, kids yelling and screaming and hear people hitting the wall, slamming cabinets constantly like the nosy loser beneath me.

A lot of people here have dogs and half of them walk them without a leash as if... they don't care about them biting someone. They also don't pick up after their dogs. The leasing staff is unprofessional and funny acting, half the time won't respond. At my time of move in, there was hardly any contact about the move in and the fact that my move in date had to be push back a week for the previous resident. I had to keep calling the office.

Not the place to be if you want peace and quiet and to be around people who are actually working and productive. Read More
