Terrible Place to Live

If you are a great resident who always pays rent on time and wants a terrible place to live, this is the place for you. The staff is always rude and the units are roach infested. You can request pest control and submit work orders but they will all be marked "done" and then ignored. My tub has been leaking since July and I've placed work orders about this 5 times. I even took time off work to speak to the manager and they assured me it would be fixed... It has been two months and nothing has... been fixed. Please don't waste your money here.

Dirty and Poor Management

The management is dishonest. The property is dirty. Trash is left all over the property. The team is understaffed. There are pests in every unit. Lots of crime - tires stolen, catalytic converts stolen, and units broken into.

Eh!

The walls are extremely thin. I can hear my neighbor washing their dishes. People let their dogs poop everywhere. It’s disgusting. The complex is not as quiet as other people claim it to be. People are always screaming, banging things, or talking loudly as they walk down the sidewalks. It’s annoying!! However, the price of rent is fantastic. You’re close to a lot of stores and restaurants. If you’re thinking of moving here, buy ear plugs! You’re going to need them.

4. Stratford House is a great place to live. Fantastic manager, Shanna, and her team. Very nice people and hard workers in the office - always easy to contact. Maintenance is top notch and available 24/7! Trash pickup outside our door 5 days a week. 4 swimming pools with chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful grounds. They even have a business center and work out room. Quiet and peaceful complex. Roof repairs done frequently. Upkeep is great. Proud to call Stratford House my home for 46 years. I... wouldnt live anywhere else!

We're in the third year of living here at the Stratford House Apartments. All facilities are very close and we do not have any more issues. The only thing that should be improved is the frequency and the proactiveness of maintenance services.
