Mismanagement
I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star due to ongoing mismanagement that was never an issue before. Parking has become a serious problem. I had to visit the leasing office on two consecutive Saturdays just to get a parking sticker, only to find that there was just one leasing agent working. During my most recent visit, the assistant manager was continuously talking with the manager, completely ignoring the 4–5 residents who were sitting and waiting for 25–30 minutes.
On top of that, a... dog without an owner has been roaming the property for over a month, and several homeless individuals are regularly seen on-site—creating concerns about safety and hygiene.
Despite multiple calls to the assistant manager requesting that my reserved parking spot be repainted, nothing has been done. The spot is right near the leasing office, yet no one has checked. She claimed on a call that it was painted on 5/17/25, but when I asked her to confirm in person, she brushed it off. Instead, she told me I could tow any vehicle parked there.
This lack of professionalism and accountability is disappointing, and it’s unfortunate to see the community standards fall so far
