Westward Square

I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star due to ongoing mismanagement that was never an issue before. Parking has become a serious problem. I had to visit the leasing office on two consecutive Saturdays just to get a parking sticker, only to find that there was just one leasing agent working. During my most recent visit, the assistant manager was continuously talking with the manager, completely ignoring the 4–5 residents who were sitting and waiting for 25–30 minutes.

On top of that, a... dog without an owner has been roaming the property for over a month, and several homeless individuals are regularly seen on-site—creating concerns about safety and hygiene.

Despite multiple calls to the assistant manager requesting that my reserved parking spot be repainted, nothing has been done. The spot is right near the leasing office, yet no one has checked. She claimed on a call that it was painted on 5/17/25, but when I asked her to confirm in person, she brushed it off. Instead, she told me I could tow any vehicle parked there.

This property been improving within the years I really love this place.

I highly recommend westward square, shopping near by, school and bus stop right in front of the property.

I have been here for 4 years. It was big problem to get vehicle parking and some staffs were rude. But it is improving now. Staffs are good. I don't know all of their name Suman is a helpful and honest staff.
The management need to control the children outside alone. other are good in the compare of rent to other apartment.
to make more better, apartment need increase the vehicle parking.

Staff really rude they never resolved any issues in you apartment girls really rude especially Stepany assistant of manager I have 6 time requesting issues in my apartment every time I go to office the only answer I get is go to app and do requests with rude expressions dog and cat pooping in front of you door
No parking space you have to pay for one parking space... even if you apartment is two bedrooms...how can this be posible this is really the worst place to live
