They are the worst if you want to be worrying everyday then this is the place they have broken into my apartment 4 times and the office wont do anything about it the security guard just sleeps and doesnt even look out for the well being of the people

I been staying in my apts for three years now we Dont have a swimming pool or a workout room but neighborhood is a nice place to stay

I have live here since 2008 and it is still an ideal place to live. This complex is close to freeway 59 and beltway 8. Also it is only about 20 minutes away from uptown Galleria area for all your shopping needs and the Sugar Land area to enjoy events away from the big city. The apartment has a walk-in closet with lots of space all through the apartments. They offer 24 hour maintenance and reserved parking. If you a first time renter the office will help you and answer all your questions. The... staff is very friendly and helpful with any concerns you may have. This place have a great price for monthly rent for single and low income families that can help them get ahead in their finances. I highly recommend living in this apartment complex if you are looking for a great value.
