I have lived at this apartment community for several years and had hoped to continue making it my home. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and concerned.

Over the past several months, I have reported ongoing issues involving a neighbor, including behavior that I felt was threatening and intimidating. I was concerned enough about one incident to contact the police and obtain an incident report. As a mother, my primary concern has always been the safety... and well-being of my children and myself.

I followed management's instructions by reporting the issues, submitting documentation, and providing information when requested. However, I have felt unheard throughout the process. Despite my efforts to communicate and seek assistance, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or addressed in a meaningful way.

As a result, I have become concerned about possible retaliation for continuing to report problems and advocate for my family's safety. I also worry that management views me as the problem simply because I brought the issues to their attention, rather than recognizing that I was seeking help and asking them to be aware of what was occurring.

I understand that apartment communities cannot prevent every disagreement between neighbors. However, residents should be able to report safety concerns without feeling dismissed, ignored, or worried about negative consequences for speaking up.

I hope management will improve communication with residents, take reports of threats and harassment seriously, and work to ensure that all residents feel safe, respected, and heard. Read More

I visited the property a few weeks to inquire about a 3 bedroom. While at the property I was speaking with the assistant manager, who was very calm and helpful. My issue is while in the assistant managers office there was a violent disturbance in the other office. The person who I’m assuming is the manager was at her desk when a manly looking woman stormed into her office and commenced to curse her out. The unknown lady then stated she wanted to see a resident file, at which point I asked the... assistant manager if the lady worked there. She replied no. There was another worker who came in and apologized for the behavior that was taking place and the closed the assistant managers to attempt to mute the conversation. I was so disturbed I asked the other two ladies if this is a normal occurrence. To which they looked at each other and uncomfortably stated yes. I will not be moving in or recommending anyone to this property. Because if this lack of professionalism, violent outbursts, and overall disregard of confidentiality of resident files is the norm from the property manager I can only imagine the chaos on property. I just attended a Excellent Credit Repair Informational, presented by, Akeelah the information was well presented, "five stars."

I would like to commend this management team. They are very professional and ready to assist their resident with any situation that may arise. We now get monthly news letters, which describes the up and coming... events. The property is becoming a clean and safe place for me as a senior to reside.

I just moved in my new place and we love it , it’s Quiet as well as peaceful, I have not met all of the office staff , however the young lady I did meet , I must say I wish there was more pleasant and professional staff like her , thank you Makara… ??

I’m a current resident and the apartments are nice inside, but the trash and food left in the hallways and stairwells are disgusting. This is a new property that is already going down hill because of the unattended kids..I would not recommend, and can’t wait til my lease ends already
