Great place, community is nice and friendly. Great gym and pool! Happy with the apartment and the area as well, small things like wish the door keypad would work again for deliveries but other than that perfect place

This used to be a great property. Now it has gone downhill. Multiple manager changes, doors always broken, promise of a food truck weekly and it only happened once, among other things! Would be nice if you could call the office and someone actually answer the phone and help you.

I have had issues with theft, mold, and water pressure. None of which were handled. It is nearly impossible to get someone to respond to you or help with any requests.
You could light yourself on fire and walk in to the lobby and no one would even care.
The employees only purpose is to get leases signed, they do not help any current residents with anything.

I loved this property when I first moved in two years ago, and now I can't wait to leave. There is constant theft on the property to which nothing is being remedied for. The entrance gates are constantly broken, the doors are broken and left open as well. The management team said that no one in the entire Houston area knows how to fix it. The hallways smell like Pet urine specifically the first stairwell, and like smoke from the residents apartments. The worst part is the communication from the... management team itself. They will not respond to phone calls, emails, or reply back to voicemails left. The only upside to this place is the nice floorplans of the actual apartment itself, but it isn't worth the overpriced plans they have.
