The experience here is very dependent on the staff and maintenance team. Right now, there’s a solid maintenance team in place who cares and follows through on what they say. They help keep the community clean.

Walls are thin here so you will hear your neighbors. That seems to be common in most apartments.

Community people seem nice who live here too.

Awful

I had many issues in this apartment and so everybody I know living at Stella. Those good reviews are so weird ( baits?). Insects and roaches, trash management, multiple leaking problems, car got stolen...A real nightmare. Do not live there!
