Great Experience

New tenant and so far everything was perfect! Easy move in with all amenities that I needed. Staff was very friendly! Location is a plus near my job at the airport.

Unprofessional

Unorganized office staff, non accommodating even after causing so many inconveniences with this move, from delaying my move in, not having my apartment ready after given 4 additional days past my move in date of the 15th! Not being able to move in my apartment, but having to store everything in the garage because my apartment was not completed yet! To having to return my U-Haul rental late $(110 in fees), never given the opportunity to see my actual unit during the entire rental process, just... extremely unprofessional.
