Best management
I lived in different properties, I always had issues with maintenance. I am really happy that I moved here, whenever I have problem, I just call them that I have issue with this, ... They come right way. I also really happy with their management and employees they all so cool. the security is really good. I highly recommend this property for living; however, the price is also affordable.

poor management
The front office staff is nasty and rude, disrepectful and they do not help you with anything. do not move here they are half the establishment and charge you for everything.

Thieves
Packages are stolen from your own door. I always have to be attentive to pick up my packages as quickly as I can because otherwise they will leave you watching. This time I was working very far & I couldn't get there in time to pick up my package, when I arrived it was too late, some foreign lover had already picked it up & worst of all, nobody saw anything, $ 150 lost so much that it costs to work to have what one wants & another to come and steal it from you is not fair. There are applications... that give the option to explain that they leave the package in the office that was my case, I have been living here for 4 months & I had not had any complaints but this was the worst that could have happened to me here.

Everything is not what it seems
I moved in thinking the apartment was ready…big mistake. The floors are warped and you can see the water damage. The bathroom sink is lower then my knees(I’m 6’0 btw)…also the toilet is very old. The tub/shower was “reglazed” not really! All they did was use paint and a roller which is now peeling. The shower head is super low. It touches below my chest. They do not use professional contractors when needed! The maintenance crew comes in your apartment unannounced. They do not wear the proper... uniform attire. They just wear a white T-shirt which is very weird and can get someone hurt when walking into someone’s apartment. The parking sucks and trash everywhere every day. The residents children almost kicked my door down because they threw it up on my patio. I was sleeping and heard the door getting repeatedly stomped. There’s no security to tell residents to turn the music down after 9:00 p.m. If you’re looking for a place to live…do not move here….no matter if it seems cheap/within your price range…stay away. Almost forgot that people still packages/mail out here.
