#1 Parking issues, Security issues, Splitting with the water bill even you don’t use it not fair. Car parts got stolen from parking lot.

I moved here last month. Love my apartment. From the moment I applied everyone from the office and maintenance have been great to me. Community is clean. Gate was open a few days but now it’s operating properly. It’s quiet day and night. I have great neighbors. So far my first 30 days has been great and I will recommend to my friends and family

The inside is beautiful with high ceilings. You don’t have problems with other residents – visitors are another issue. They’re cheap and have garden tubs They do not flood They are close to the highway Roaches Neighbor moved out because it was SO BAD in her building, and she told me she had to get rid of almost all her stuff. It didn’t hit my building Gates are ALWAYS broken Shootings once or twice a week People Park in your assigned parking spot (break-ins ARE NOT MANAGEMENT’S PROBLEM).... Resident cars get towed more than visitors. Lots of wild cats and Squirrels that enjoy eating wires. Management is HORRIBLE. They are rude, they hide in their office with the lights out so no one thinks they are there, they don’t care about Residents, try to talk to you like a child, they are irresponsible, they are bad at communication and will give lots of false promises to get you out the door for the day and will ALWAYS put blame on you. Maintenance is HORRIBLE. They broke items on my porch, and I was told they would not be replaced, and I wouldn’t be compensated for them. Pulled up my carpet to fix my A/C – DID NOT FIX PROBLEM. Was left in apartment during SUMMER with NO A/C multiple days. Maintenance kept closing tickets without coming to apartments so “upper management” thought they were completing work orders but weren’t. No knock and walked in on me twice. Late move in because they were still working on my apartment GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING TWICE. You MUST babysit management! Expect to spend A LOT of time in the office if you NEED ANYTHING DONE. You won't get paid for it, but you'll be in the office more than you'll be in your apartment. If it's not caught by the residents then they won't honor it. I was overcharged on rent; management knew it was an issue. Instead of sending out emails to have everyone check, they only corrected the residents who brought it to their attention. I was told my referral payment would be automatically applied after two- three months of my coworker living there. I did not babysit them and believed the “automatic” lie and now it’s my fault and they won’t honor it. I was even told I should have signed a paper no one told me I had to sign, and they don’t have a copy of the applications. management doesn’t have leases or other information from previous owner, so you must hope you have a copy or sign a new one. They're nice until you sign, they have roaches, maintenance sucks, management- all talk no action & lots of broken promises and use the blame game. They don't care. The gates are always broken, no one cares that you pay for parking, shootings once or twice a week, pool is never open -ever, staff is very rude and you have to babysit management to get anything done and done correctly.... So many red flags...
