Not a good place to live

This apartment are a joke. They tell you they going to fix something and it takes them months to do it. Then the people in the office give you the run around. But when the 1st come around they want there money if u don't pay by the 3rd they lock u out, if you last paying your water bill they put a lock on your door til you pay it. Then every month you when you get your bill it's higher then the last month. Finding out from my neighbors that they be trying to make you pay other apartments that... are vacant water bill. Also it's not safe. The gates don't close. Apartments aren't up-to code. Nothing really works.
