Townhomes of Bear Creek

Walls are falling apart, fans hang loose from the ceiling, floors creak, feels unstable, german roach infestation, you get slugs, lizards, frogs, spiders, you have to spray and treat for everything here. Dish washer has never been fixed since we moved in,kitchen sink has a small leak underneath, upstairs restroom window has been broken since the last people who lived here. Electrical problem in the master closet. And extremely dirty vents, I'm talking black vents. Looks like mold, but not sure,... the landlord never showed to check them. The wood on the back patios are very old, falling apart, everyone can see through your back patio area. Ours never had a lock installed on it, so we have to use a rock to old it closed.

Horrible place to live. My family has basically been living in HELL. Management doesn't come take care of any of our complaints. We have had a ceiling cave in. Our bathrooms are rotted and has a leak which when we told them about it they said for us to "keep our shower curtain closed"..I don't care if I throw a whole gallon of water on the floor, it shouldn't leak into my living room! I fear that my kids bedroom is going to fall into the living room because of all the leaks and the ceiling is... caved in. This place is a roach and bed bug filled hell.
