It's not a safe place.. The ceiling fell on my daughter's head three times while she was sleeping in the room and her hand was broken... and when you go to the office and tell them to fix the ceiling and close the gaps in the ceiling they don't listen to you and don't fix anything. And every day raccoons come into the ceiling and dig holes in the ceiling and it collapses again on your head and you can never sleep at night from the sound of the raccoons' claws on the ceiling I know you. Yo e vivido aquí por dos años ,y e visto cambiar el personal de la oficina varias veces ,pero desde q están Mario y Jenny, las cosas han mejorado ,Jenny es muy atenta con todo el q llega a la oficina buscando solución a sus problemas ,ella siempre trata de dar una solución lo antes posible ,aunq haveces no tienen lo q se necesita para resolver el problema y ya no depende de ellos ,pero de ellos tengo la mejor opinión por su esfuerzo porq el condominio mejore cada día

I lived here 2 years and still cant get nothing fixed. I have not have hot water for 6 consecutive days. My A/C unit has not worked since i got the unit. My atic has a family of racoons. This place should be shut down.

I came here to tour with my boyfriend and sister the other week because my sister is moving into the Houston area and wanted to be in a central location. I recommended being around the Westheimer area since it's close to everything and there's so much on Westheimer. We were helped by the leasing agent, Mayra who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment, the area and made my sister feel comfortable while touring the property. Mayra also mentioned that they have new apartments... coming up which we were excited about but couldn't see yet because they weren't done with the construction. Overall the staff were very friendly and we loved touring with Mayra. I would highly recommend going to see Trails and talking to Mayra because she got my sister to fill out an application right after the tour! Read More

Hello everyone hope everyone is doing well, I am reporting from trails of Woodlake townhome. I have been having a problem with the plumbing in this apartment since I moved it. They had come and supposedly fixed the issue. But unfortunately that didn't take to long to go back. The same day they fixed it issue started again. My sink and my dishwasher are backed up and I don't want to run my dishwasher everyday. That will increase my light bill. I put in a work order today since it was a holiday... yesterday. They told me that they could not get to me until Thursday. I understand being short staffed but, you need to keep your CUSTOMERS happy as well.
