Horrible management.

Had to delete my old review for the new. I recently had a noise issue going on all day with a AC unit making noise loud enough to keep me awake. When i reported this to the manager, the only action they did was create a ticket and wait to fix it.
My options as told by the Manager Alex Klokar were
1- wear headphones to sleep
2- pay for a hotel.
My complex has guest rooms we can rent out, this was not... a option given as its only for emergencies. I asked if they could board up my windows for the night so help block out the noise, also not a option. The standard procedure is to do nothing for the tenants around and for us to deal with the noise.
A big concern is the safety of our community as the property managers lack critical thinking or empathy as all i was given was "sorry you lost sleep" for a resolution.
