Awful Management

I lived here for 3.5yrs; my neighbors & community are great but the employees onsite & in they're corporate office are unprofessional and rude. When things go wrong they go horribly wrong & they drag their feet to correct them & have to be pushed to do the right thing. Then they decide you're a nuance & revoke your renewal even after you bring them a new tenant. Do not live here if you enjoy your peace of mind & not wasting your money.

10/10 Recommend!

I’ve been a resident for almost 1.5 years. I love that my apartment has high ceilings, large crown molding, and 8 feet doors throughout. Xiomara and Khadija in the office are amazing! Top notch maintenance team! Being minutes away to HEB and the YCMA is super convenient for our lifestyle. 10/10 location!! If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend Tuscany Court Apartments!

No problems here

I've been living here since August and I haven't ran into problems here. The office and maintenance staff go beyond to make sure you're satisfied. It's in a nice location and everyone here is friendly.

Amazing management Team and Maintenance staff

I moved in 2 months ago and the management team here really cares for residents satisfaction, their response is great and they solve issues on a very short notice.
I am really happy for moving here together with my family.

Location Value

I have lived at the Tuscany Court apartments off and on for nearly five years. It is a hotel style mid-rise with a luxury feel and reasonably priced rent. The management team, lead by Jamie, handles issues promptly and effectively. There is a laid back professional community living here that has grown more lively in the last year making it more attractive to the mid-twenties millennial. The apartments have nice floor plans and smoke closet space; with updated countertops and kitchens it... feels newer than it is. All in all I enjoy living here even though the parent company (not the management team), the Richdale Group, lacks organization and often misses the mark. If you're looking for a compromise between location, value, and amenities this is your apartment.
