Being at Cortland has been a positive experience no they are not perfect but the cleanliness the prompt response after expresssing a concern . The amenities such as the valet for trash and the pool are all A1 very impressive .

Cortland Vizcaya has been amazing.. quick to service the few maintenance requests, they’re always doing something fun at the office or having a food truck out for residents, I love living here. Safe, clean and fun!
