The new management team is great and they have been cleaning up the property and painting the outside. The recently renovated apartments look great.

They will tell you they are sending you something in the email to renew your lease and NOT. Instead they'll just charge you month to month because its more money for them. They are always charging fees, towing their residence cars right after you paid most of your money to them for rent. They do this by switching up the passes and not making sure everyone that LIVES here gets one. They lie to people all the time. They never fix work orders, they just close them out and you're just waiting for… them to come fix whatever. There's no way you'd know they closed it. They are holding us saying if we move we'll get charged with a broken lease (on month to month dont forget) because they lost our 30 days notice. Read More

I've lived in many complexes and this was by far the worst. The staff changed every few months from the time I moved in to when I left. The rudest people stayed the longest. It looks nice until you have time to actually look at it and realize everything is very cheap. It looks nice but, breaks easily. Three months before… I moved out my place was infested with bed bugs. Without any type of investigating they attempted to charge me, as I was the only one to complain. The neighbors below me were kicked out for selling drugs, and soon after it was broken into by a young teenage gang that literally tore holes in the walls so badly it almost caved. They broke the pipes and the floor was soaked in water and the complex didn't bother to fix any of it for months. The apartments are loud the residence don't care about quite hours. Absolutely worst apartments I have ever lived in. They office management changes 2-3 weeks, they change the parking sticker often and cars are towed because of that. The office staff has no solutions to your problems they always say they have to contact corporate. Corporate never answers when you call them or email them, I have tried multiple times about different issues. They have no good customer service at all. I had roaches for months with them doing nothing about it, I had to come up with… my own solutions.
