I fell in love with this property at first sight. It differs from the traditional apartment setting with the individual buildings. The original management-Haven was AWESOME but that was short lived. This property has went through 2 different management companies since then. The new leasing agents are inadequate at responding to residents. The only decent thing here is the response of maintenance to the work orders.
Rushed job is evident throughout the unit. Unpainted areas, unleveled flooring,… wood panels that lift and consistently have to be glued back down. The outside may look good but be aware, it's not all it's cracked up to be.
