Decieiving Practices and Unprofessional Staff
Decieivlng practices! Called regarding clarification needed on recent move-out charges and leasing staff (Marivel) could not provide an exceptional response. Basically read off charges I already saw? Responded with “I’ll have to check with my Maintenance supervisor” who was coincidentally out that day. Resulted in a unprofessional screaming match between us. Asked to speak with a manager or 3rd party since the conversation escalated. She proceeds to tell me “she has no manager” and acts as... though she is the Owner/CEO/W3 Luxury Living executive. Disappointed and I have no choice but to report the behavior. You have all been fair warned!

Thank you for your review Mr. Godfrey. The charges on your move-out statement are valid and stem from damages caused by the removal of our thermostat, not due to deceitful practices.
The call was recorded and your statement that there was a screaming... match is unfounded. No such behavior occurred on the part of our staff and the call was ended only after the conversation became unproductive due to the inappropriate language directed at Marivel. We are always willing to address concerns and provide clarification through respectful communication.
