Great location and helpful staff!

I’ve had a really good experience living at Avalon 8801. The community is clean, quiet, and the recent upgrades have made a big difference. The staff has always been kind and responsive. It’s close to everything I need—highways, stores, and schools. Definitely a good place to live!

THE PICTURES ARE A LIE

I went to view these apartments and they look nothing like the pictures whatsoever. The lady that was giving us a tour had no idea what was going on. I asked her some questions and she could not answer any of them. She also told me there are always loud kids running around and never anywhere to park. The apartment we view had holes in the wall and paint peeling off the bathtub. It looks like they spray painted it and then ran the water.

great apartment homes

I have been living in this property for about 3yrs. It's really great and peaceful place to live. It has been renovated and colored. it looks beautiful. Everything is taken care by the management. great management and great people. I always recommend this place to whoever wants to move in anytime.

Rat Infested Place

Trash is thrown all over, and place is infested with RATS. Check with current residence before move in, or you will be disappointed with your decision.

Pathetic response

We have been living in this apartment for 2years. It all started in 0ctober 2021 when we stated having high electricity bill and we talked to office several times about this but they always blame my electricity company for all this. I also talked Associate Jasmine about it and she verbalized me management will credit some amount if there is something fault with my apartment for my high electric bills. The problem was solved last month and my electric bills reduced 4 times of we paid for last 5… months.There was underwater leakage and my hot water boiler was running for 24/7 everyday. Now when i asked for credit amount for my electric bill payments, first they asked me for my all electric bills . I mailed them twice all my bills and it's been almost two months. I haven't heard anything from them. It's pathetic how they treat you.
