Avoid at all cost - Worst Rental Ever.

Despite paying rent and amenities on time, It's been more that a month there is no Hot water in the apartment.Even after lodging complaint to Asset Living (management Company) and Leasing Personnel, no action has been taken.What will it take to get hot water during winter?
