This is an awful place. I have gone 40 days without hot water. I request adjustment on rent and to be released from lease 11 days prior to end of lease. They pretty much have ignored all requests. Saying they are working on problem. Units are old and outdated. They have roaches. No one is ever in office maintenance is a joke. Cats and dogs are allowed to roam the property. Trash is always around in the summer pool is never open. Their ongoing 99 dollar move in special is not worth it. A FULL... MONTH WITHOUT HOT WATER! I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy. This complex does not deserve even one star. The corporate office Catalyst Multyfamily Management never answers calls or responds to emails. I been living here 3years. whenever I when to manager office and I complain that we have a lot of cockroaches and bugs too, she said that pet's control will come on Tuesday or Friday but the office always closed. when next time I go to office I told her that pet's control was not here then she said than manager said I was off ..I have been complain every time that we have a lot cockroaches in our kitchen , living room , bathroom, and in my bedroom too. I have been complain about carpets that... came out in our dinning room it seen 2years they're haven't response yet . they now saying that we can't even put anytime in patio and if we put thinging in patio than we have to pay $50 every time ..
