New management RPM had resulted in lower quality living. Trash dumpsters are regularly left by the garage entrance which is both dirty and difficult to navigate in and out when multiple cars pass through. The gym always smells terrible and masked with an awful fragrance. Hallways are dirty and elevators were out of service for over a month with no acknowledgment from the office. They don’t maintain the coffee machine for free coffee, yet amenity fee is unchanged. Lower standard of cleanliness... and poor upkeep of the grounds. Sad to see this change after living here for 3 years. Will be looking for other options once our lease is up.
