Great
it's almost going to be a year living here! it's great and all but the glue they used for the floor is visible and it comes up to the surface. The floor wasn't even ready when we moved in, many pieces out of place. They acted fast when we expressed our concerns. Bills are not paid, you have to pay for the utilities (water/electricity/trash etc.) and the rent.
