Safety has been an ongoing concern during my time here. The key fob entry system to the building has reportedly been out of service for an extended period, which makes it easier for non-residents to access the property.
I have personally noticed individuals who do not appear to be residents spending time inside the building, including in stairwells and other common areas. At times, these areas have also been left in unsanitary condition.
There have also been recurring issues with the garage gate... not functioning properly, and some residents have expressed concerns about vehicle security.
Overall, based on my experience with building security, management responsiveness, and resident concerns, I would not personally recommend living at Lumen Las Colinas. Read More

This place has been a nightmare. Noise is a constant issue, with little to no enforcement. Trash piles up in hallways and stairwells, creating a disgusting and unhygienic environment. Maintenance is practically nonexistent—broken gates to the parking garage and doors to the stairwells stay broken for weeks, and the leasing office couldn’t care less.

The absolute worst part is the predatory towing practices. The tow truck literally sits and waits for visitor passes to expire, and one of my... guests even had the tow truck driver break into their car to tow it. It feels like a scam between the complex and the towing company.

To top it off, the leasing office staff is rude and dismissive, acting as if residents are an inconvenience. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live. Read More
