Old appartments and no ventilation

No Ventilation, No sunlight. Trash pickup only twice a week and no dumpster available. Management is very bad and dont listen to issues.

Management is terrible. Stay away

The complex its is ok but management is dishonest and inept at their jobs.

Management sucks

I have informed the office so many times about my neighbors trash problem and the rats and they haven’t done anything to get this fixed. Neighbors keep taking trash out on days that’s not trash days and then the rats be so loud at night that don’t let me sleep. On top of the trash bags being torn apart by rats over night and having trash that I have to clean afterwards. CANNOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE OVER.

don't stay here..

We came after seeing the review..but seriously..in this prove location this type of apartment is existing still? When we entered first day apartment was not cleaned..they just put new carpet without cleaning the base.I can see lots of hairs and insects were on the every corner..then bathroom floor was nasty..we had to clean because they told cleaner will come on Monday..okay we cleaned ..then racks are hanging ..we had to call then with a list..shouldn’t they check before handover ?
Then that… time was little cold ..after some time the AC was working in master bedroom so we called..They told they can’t do anything because it’s like this only we have open the bedroom door all time so that from dining the air will enter ..see they changed new vent in dining n drawing for changing air direction ..is this a solution?in Texas everybody knows how is the weather..but ac is not working..the ac after 6-7 hours u can see the temperature u set ..shouldn’t they renovate the apartment?aren’t they taking rent?so I have to open bedroom door while sleeping..this is the solution they gave..so many insects bugs ..but there is no pest control..though they are taking money for that..

I don’t why they do like this..I had to stay because I have a physical condition..otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed..

Don't waste your time

Lived here for 2 years, worst leasing office I've ever dealt with. They will nickel and dime you for everything any chance they get. The people who work in the office are so incredibly rude and refused to answer my calls or emails after trying to get them to fix an issue I had with my unit. They charged me for owning a pet even though I never had an animal in my apartment and charged me for new carpet because of the "pet". Not that safe of a location, multiple cars were broken into while living… here. Overall 0 out of 10.
