I have not been a resident for very long but I have mixed feelings about the community so far. I am finding that the parts of the complex that are highly visible to the public are very well maintained and presentable but after moving into my apartment I have found that there wasn’t much care taken in constructing the insides of the apartments nor do they appear to be maintained well. I also believe the leasing agents just say things to be accommodating but there hasn’t been much follow through... or much truth to some of the things he’s said.
