Rancho Mirage have spacious apartments however the maintenance and pest control are very low.

Good community, has some issues but nothing major. No roach problem thankfully, very peaceful and family friendly. Facilities could be better. Some fees on top of rent, but there are services which are paid and forced which could have been optional.
