Really Friendly
The managers are warm & kind. The property is older, not in the best condition, but I'd choose it over a newer one any day because of the management. Plus, the community is quiet -- no loud parties or late night problems.

Its been a home to my daughters!
I have been here for 4 years already my daughters do not want to move out.. they say this is their home.. We feel very comfortable. I love how we have nearly everything close by. Especially both my daughter's preschool and charter school being on my way to work.. We really love our apartment. I think this is the longest I have ever been in one apartment.
The staff is also very friendly and works on the maintenance on a timely manner.

good place to rent
The staff is very helpful and friendly and the complex is conveniently located near the Elementary, shopping and down town Dallas. Pet friendly complex!!!

My first apartment...the best apartment!
This is my first apartment and I started living here August 2018. The managers, Tina and Katy, are very prompt about work order requests. The first time I emailed a work order, it was at 10 a.m. and the managers addressed them by 3 p.m. that same day! The complex is close to many grocery stores and parks. The atmosphere here is calm and there are many families who live here. It makes me happy to see tons of children playing in the courtyard. My apartment is super cozy and the appliances work... well. I particularly appreciate how one resident, an elderly but able-bodied man, walks the grounds to pick up trash without being paid! Two thumbs up for this place.
