Manager Easy to Discuss Issues With
I have live there almost 10 year, so obviously it not horrible. Unless there is a vacant updated apt, these are old. Too concerned with ensuring the parking lot looks good, but what about the inside? Bug problems, Maintenance leave your doors unlock, too many children unsupervised, 90 Hispanic in this community, and they treat the complex as if they have bought an actual home. Trashy, one home taking too many parking spots. Maintenance trucks are parked in the residential area instead of near… the office. Not well insulated windows. Near Walmart, Burger King, McDonalds. Irving Mall is across Hwy 183. Too much congestion due to freeway repair to add toll road. Potholes nearby. Assistant manager is sometimes rude, and I would request the property manager. They as well as maintenance live in the complex. THERE IS NO FITNESS FACILITY. A mini soccer field, a little swimming pool, and a playground. Too many entrances to the complex.
