Good Location - Clean Units
Good located property. Near many attractions. Recent renovations done at property. Nice units, spacious. Pool is clean.

They are not maintained. many things dont work , they do not spray for roaches and they have them.

Within walking distance to C-store, donuts and Dollar store. Older 60's apartments so good square footage for the dollar. Maintenance man is great and knows his stuff.
Office is open on a part time basis. I like my apartment but the upstairs neighbors have kids that jump around all day and night although the manager have spoken with them.
