My experience at The Lyndon has been mixed. One of my biggest concerns is the maintenance response time. I submitted a maintenance request about 4 months ago because my dishwasher stopped working and water was collecting inside. After about three weeks, someone came to vacuum the water out, but the dishwasher itself was never repaired. I still cannot use it and have been washing my dishes by hand.

I have also submitted two other maintenance requests that were closed without anyone coming to… inspect or address the issues. Whenever I follow up, I am told that the matter will be looked into, but there has been little to no follow-up.

We have been told that the maintenance team is understaffed, so I feel hiring more maintenance staff would help improve response times. It would be much better if maintenance requests were properly followed up on and resolved in a timely manner, rather than being closed without being addressed. Better communication and quicker resolution of maintenance issues would greatly improve the resident experience.

I had raised a query on rent being waived off for my first 2 months as part of the benefits, since that wasn't addressed on time i had to pay late fee of $120 only to find out details when I walked down to the office in person. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
Silverware rack missing in dishwasher
Maintenance guys came and ruined my shower Tap setting, even when I didn't ask for it, now it doesn't identify the direction of hot vs cold water
Washer still makes scary loud noises upon usage. This was… supposed to replaced.

My experience at The Lyndon has been disappointing, as the community falls below basic living and maintenance standards. Essential appliances, including the AC and refrigerator, have recurring issues, and maintenance provides only temporary fixes without addressing the underlying problems. These unresolved issues have caused significant inconvenience and food loss.
