None of the Dog owners carry the litter bag
Majority of the dog owners in this community never carry any litter bags.
Dog poop is all over the place within the community and outside community as well. You can't even walk around the community due to this nasty thing. you can find this inside the community too. these dog owners are so reluctant they dont respect fellow neighbors, they open their door for the dogs, dogs will run everywhere and poop all over. Management needs to monitor community cleanliness as the highest priority.... Children's play area has also never been taking care, it has to be maintained for a health and safety for kids.
Community gates are not being working since more than year.
$80 spectrum service (internet + cable), you cant even change the service even though if you have a poor service from spectrum. and you have to pay this irrespective of anything even if you are not interested to use of any of this internet + Cable service.
Very poor management.
The rent you pay here it is not deserved at all.
