NOT recommended. Absolutely HORRIBLE-UNPLEASANT experience
I do not know where to start and when and where to finish to describe all the mismanagement, flaws, problems, issues.
1. Dog poop everywhere. Can't walk without getting dog poop on your shoes. Wind blows-dog poop smell right in your face and homes. Management needs to be strict about policy adherence. No CCTV cameras around the complex to maintain security or policy detergence.
2. Mailboxes NOT in service since before AUGUST-19-2025. Our older community had a similar situation and they got it... repaired and fixed within a week. Please do not blame USPS. Its DEC-11-2025 mailboxes still not fixed..There are several URGENT IMPORTANT mails that fail to be delivered can cause major problems for tenants. Pictures attached.
3. High priority maintenance requests are never dealt with urgently.
4. Homeless or/and weird people keep entering from the back fences and/or the dart station.
5. Almost every tenant I have spoken to says HVAC/Filters have NEVER been cleaned.
6. Almost every room blinds are brittle or broken or weak. A slight feather touch and its in your hands. Even the patio/balcony door wood panels are all mostly cracked or broken.
7. The appliances are absolutely outdated and all requests to replace them have been refused. Even the condenser unit outside is rusted and in horrible condition. A couple tenants told me they also had the same problem-refusal of replacement - however - they noticed some tenants being privileged to get everything new.
I would NOT recommend this place. In my opinion this place is absolutely an ignored junkyard. We have been through different managements, but nothing changed. I wonder if the corporate -HBG- knows about this.
