HORRIBLE APARTMENTS
The property suffers from significant and ongoing issues that have remained unaddressed for extended periods, including amenities that have been inaccessible for months and security gates that have been broken for over two years. Maintenance requests and resident concerns are routinely ignored, contributing to a persistent roach infestation. The trash valet service frequently fails to collect residents’ trash, yet tenants are still subject to fines for these shortcomings. Access control is... severely lacking, allowing unauthorized and potentially dangerous individuals full entry to the complex, while enforcement of policies is inconsistent and selective. Additionally, the rear of the property is filled with accumulated trash and emits a strong, unpleasant odor.
It appears that management’s primary focus is revenue collection rather than maintaining a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents. These conditions are unacceptable and have substantially diminished the quality of life for those paying rent at this property. Immediate corrective action is necessary to resolve these serious deficiencies.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take resident feedback seriously and would like to clarify several points regarding the current condition and operations of the community.
At this time, all community amenities are open and accessible to... residents with the exception of one of our 4 pools, as we are pending the fix of the emergency phoneline at the particular pool. Additionally, maintenance requests and resident concerns are not ignored; our team actively works to address service requests and communications as promptly and thoroughly as possible. We also want to clarify that there is no ongoing foul odor permeating the community, and the property is regularly monitored and maintained by our staff and service providers.
Regarding your concern about the trash valet violation, we understand that you believe the notice may have been issued in error. We are happy to discuss this matter with you constructively and review the circumstances surrounding the violation to ensure it was handled appropriately.
Our management team remains committed to maintaining a clean, and professionally managed environment for all residents. While we understand that frustrations can arise when a trash violation is issued, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that resident concerns are disregarded or that the community is being neglected.
