This apartment complex has terrible management, let me start by saying we only stayed for 8 months. The amount of times that they did not communicate about change in staff or office being closed or workers entering our place is ridiculous. The day before moving out we told them we would be dropping of the keys before they closed and they told us they would be open. They were not, we had to ask a family member to drop them off another day since we were moving across states. I came back a month... after to make sure everything was okay with the key drop off. Fast forward to 6 months later I receive a letter from collections saying that we owe a payment. We were never notified of due payment on the payment portal or mail or email or call. They never communicated and didn't say anything when I was there a month later. Now credit has gone down and they are of no help and take no responsibility. So let’s see where to start……it stuns me how quickly they are to add extra fees or put up eviction notices on peoples doors over 50$ extra that they randomly add to the bill sometimes but every time theirs a issues with the apartment everyone gets silent and goes ghost ! We’ve had NO HOT WATER FOR OVER A MONTH NOW And before that it’s of every other week. They finally sent someone out and its colder…..Found a ROACH In my refrigerator and theirs nothing really ever in there because we hate... cooking with bugs so we eat out most of the time. That’s nasty……we’re not in the apartment we were supposed to be in that we toured we were told the wrong apartment number when we applied online……and lastly when we moved in our apartment wasn’t ready so our move in date was delayed and still not ready it was roaches crawling everywhere on the ceiling as well. Carpets were not cleaned like they said it was food all around the perimeter…… holes in the bottom of our cabinets and handles were broken as well as the closet was broken and they just super glued it back together…………I’m so ready for move out day….. first apartment check time to find something else. I have been living here for 3 years and I used to love it.
Now with the new owners, has gone down really bad. I used to be able to call the office and they will always answer, they will resolve issues within a matter a time.

Now If you can get the phone call answer is a miracle.
Buildings are not bad, but is management, they never have staff, they don't return emails or phone calls or voice mails.

They have been charging now for valet trash that gets picked up every other time when they... remember or in the mood.

The parking for visitors is annoying, they only let you have it for 3 nights , and they tell you call the office for extended permit BUT THE OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE CALLS . I work the same schedule they do, how am I suppose to do this, I end up having to skip work to go and address issues ALL THE TIME.

It's very frustrating not being able to contact anyone from this property. It's very disappointing.

The management is terrible. The maintenance is terrible. Cockroaches everywhere. If your lucky you won’t have mice. The recently renovated the countertops and light fixtures but don’t be fooled everything is still old broken. They don’t have any amenities that work even though they advertise that they have them. None of them work. Except for the pool which they don’t open until the middle of July so you’ll get half a summer. Don’t come here extremely over priced.

The complex is infested with cockroaches. They are coming out of my walls, my ceilings, under kitchen appliances, etc. None of the cupboards in the kitchen shut and all the amenities are unusable. The pool hasn't been cleaned the entire year I've been here (it is filled with leaves, dirt, and white cloudy stuff that comes off the bottom when you touch it), the tennis court doesn't have a net, and half the laundry machines (which you have to pay to use) are broken or smell like mold. Overall,... overpriced for a pest-infested apartment complex that doesn't give you what it advertises. Save your money and rent elsewhere. Read More
