I have had nothing but bad experiences living here and working with the office staff. I have had multiple maintenance issues that have not been resolved in a timely manner or have not been resolved at all. In addition to the staff being extremely disrespectful and some of the rudest people I've dealt with professionally.

The first week I moved in I noticed some issues with the stove, including it not heating properly and the outside of the oven door and top of the stove (not the burner)... getting so hot it burns to the touch. I reported this issue and was told by maintenance that there was nothing they could do about it because "its and old stove thats just how they are." In addition to this I have had multiple leaks that go unresolved as well as a flood in the unit above me on two occasions.

Additionally, my A/C stopped working in the middle of summer and I was told it wasn't an emergency and had to wait 24 hours for the issue to get resolved just for it to break again within three days. Maintenance has been out at least five times to fix this issue with my A/C unit and it still does not work how it should. I even had my own A/C technician come out to look at it and was told this unit should have been replaced in 2017, 2018 at the latest and the only real resolution was to replace the unit.

Besides maintenance issues I have never met a customer service team/management team more disrespectful than the office staff here. No matter how nice you are to them or how cordial they respond with attitudes and no offers of solutions. In fact I had the main manager of the property scream at me in front of her staff and other tenants in the office. I have never felt more disrespected in my life than I have that day when she screamed at me or even when dealing with her and her staff in the past.

There are mainly more issues I could address but I will leave this review at that. If anyone is thinking about moving here I would highly encourage you don't. If you do be prepared to deal with never-ending maintenance issues, rude staff, and car break in's/thefts (at least 3 cars stolen that I know of and 5 break-ins in last year).

Don’t live here. Gates are always broken. If they slam into your car they do nothing. Apartments are poorly maintained. Difficult to get them to respond and if they do anything it’s patch work. So many leaks that there’s a lot of mold. They paint over the mold and don’t even match paint color. Don’t live here, quality is very low, customer service is worse.

I currently live at CR and I cannot wait to move out. The office people are rude and don't listen to you. The maintenance doesn't come to fix anything for a minimum 2 weeks. The dumpsters have trash surrounding them by the time the trash man comes. My microwave belongs in the dumpster along with my dryer and kitchen sink which leaks water everywhere. The oven almost caught on fire due to a bad heating element. They didn't fix it for a whole month. No where to park after 6 pm and they don't... enforce parking with stickers or anything like that. The property is poor , Bad customer service , The assistant manager She's so mean with everybody , it's not safe complex somebody's broke my car two weeks ago it's not safe for kids and for the family . 0ct 20/2020

My washer and dryer sounds like they will explode but they said they won’t fix it until it fully broken
By dish washer and sink smell like mold they also won’t fix it or look at it until they brake for good mold is building up and nothing a report gets done by email still make excuses for everything
