I’ve truly enjoyed living at Greenwood at Katy. It’s quiet, well maintained community in a very convenient location, which has made day-to-day living easy and comfortable. What I appreciate most is the staff they are friendly, professional, and willing to help. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive and made sure everything was handled in a timely way, which really gives peace of mind. Overall, it has been a positive experience despite some personal challenges… , and I’m happy to call this community home.

I have lived here for 4 years and love my apartment. While all Tenants have had to adjust to many changes in ownership, management and management teams, including changes in how we pay our rent, I am hopeful that the future will become more stable and efficient. On a positive note, the recent improvements to our grounds has made a much needed better appearance to our community.
