So far best option in my opinion good people in the office, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Quiet, family friendly oh and pet friendly also. I do recommend you checking them out.

Great experience from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, and the attention to detail really stood out. The team was friendly especially Amber and she made the whole process easy and comfortable. Definitely exceeded my expectations I'd happily recommend to others.

One of the worst places I have ever lived. To start off, we were given the keys to move in and the day we start moving in there’s people in the apartment working on it and it was a mess. As well in the beginning, All the maintenance man at that property quit so there was no maintenance for a while, which was just telling in itself that they all decided to quit. We had issues with our microwave, not working for the first couple months, the AC, and access doors to outside properly closing or... locking. As well the apartment is pretty gross, you would think they would try to make them a little better considering the price they charge and with two new nice apartment complexes surrounding them for relatively close rent prices. Now let’s talk about amenities…there are none worth your time - laundry room was gross, the gym- I’m pretty sure jail has nicer gyms than that & the pool was pretty much always dirty. Lastly, the front office staff is the cherry on top to really make this such a terrible place to live. The main lady is just rude & seems to know nothing, they never seemed to be there during their listed hours & they don’t care about any of the issues with the apartment as long as they rented it out they’re good. Also, the lease terms are worse than most places I’ve ever lived so if you ever end up living here & you need to move out early…just don’t because not only are the fees way higher than any apartment I’ve ever seen (no matter if the move is out of your control) they also have an outrageous amount of f you fees (for example, hundreds of dollars for paint & drip pans for paint touchups) that I’ve also never seen in an apartment before (I have lived in 10+ apartments in my lifetime). But worst of all they’re going to do all these charges but never give you any notice & no access to the portal so there’s no way for you to know that there even is any charges & instead of ever telling you they just send to collections. I’m the first month of living there the A/C went out, which took about over a week to fix. We had our car towed from a covered parking spot because we were not given a sticker from the front office. A month before trying to move out we filed a service request which never was filled. When moving out the office had no clue what was going on. I received different emails stating different balances due. I would talk to the people in the office about it and received different information every time.... Once moved out the security deposit was never given back and I received 3 different final balance emails. I would not refer this apartment to a friend just because of how the place is ran. Read More

The women in the leasing office are very kind and helpfully. I wouldn't say the rent is cheap, but definitely fair for what you're paying for. These apartments are very quiet and reserved.

I only have one "complaint" about this complex. Number one, they require you to have direct tv- it's added on to your rent. Of course it's discounted, so if you actually wanted cable than this is a good thing! But for anyone who's used to pinching pennies and doesn't need a cable box because they've... gotten used to Netflix, then it's just more of an inconvenience.

Other than that, I think this is a nice place to live. It's small, and they do run criminal background checks on everyone who applies. It's pretty comfortable living. I'd recommend. Read More
