My washing machine broke 3 weeks ago and they keep giving me excuses as to why it is taking so long to fix. They can't even give me a new one because corporate has to approve it.

People don't pick up after their pets and dog poop is all over the place.

You will not have a fixed rent as it fluctuates month to month. They also don't tell you that you have to sign up for a renewal of the lease meaning if you want to sign a 14 month lease you have to tell them at a certain time. If you don't they... won't have the 14 month lease available. You would have to sign a 6 month or whatever is available.

I applied and submitted all the paperwork and money. After paying fees and the deposit, I was notified that I was not eligible for renting there (despite having a cosigner). I asked for the deposit back, of which I was entitled. That was over a year ago. I have not received my deposit back.

The plum tree looks great when you come and tour it and talk with staff. Their website says "luxury" but far from it.
There are no security cameras in the halls, stairwells, or parking lot. Which means if someone is trying to break in to your home, car or attack you there will be no video footage. But don't worry they have cameras and the front entrance, (even though there is a back on as well), pool and office.
Grounds are filthy with trash, and dog poop. Even broken glass along the side... walks.
You can not even use the dog park because other residents do not pick up after their dogs.
Can not even enjoy the pool because their are unsupervised children running amuck.
Theses issues have been brought to the office multiple times and nothing has been done.
