Alta Landing has been a very neat community so far for me. I never feel unsafe or like i have to look over my shoulder while going to my vehicle. Just in general had been a comfortable place.

The neighbors are entirely too loud! Music all day everyday and constant fighting and running and bumping. I also have seen roaches more than once! I’ve never had roaches prior to this. The staff is really nice, the property is beautiful and I love our apartment inside.

I’m sorry to hear about the ongoing noise and pest issues... you’ve experienced. We definitely want all our residents to feel comfortable and at peace in their homes. I’d like to look into the noise complaints further and see what steps we can take to address them appropriately. If you haven’t already, please feel free to document specific times or dates when the disturbances occur — that can really help us when following up.

As for the roaches, that’s definitely something we take seriously. We can schedule pest control to come by and treat your unit, and if needed, check common areas or surrounding units to prevent any further issues.
