The Grandon is an apartment community in Killeen, TX
I have lived in many places over the years, and The Grandon by far is one of my favorites. Not just because of the two pools and spacious apartment, but because of The grandon staff. The property manager and maintenance team are some of the best you could ask for.

Don’t Hesitate to APPLY!
When I say this is the best experience I have ever had with an apartment, I genuinely mean this comment! Management is extremely timely and professional. If you have any issues, which I doubt, they are just a phone call away and very responsive. Property is well maintained and just feels like home. My fiance and I are extremely happy with our living situation here

Best Apartments I've found in Killeen
From the office staff, to the maintenance staff, The Grandon has gotta be the best apartment living you can find in Killeen. The office staff is always willing to work with you and will help you through anything you don't understand or are confused on. While the maintenance staff hasn't taken more than day of to fix any issues I've had in the 2 years I have lived here.

DO NOT STAY HERE.
The apartment complex as a whole is dirty. The photos do not show the quality of the actual apartment which is dirty. They will bait you for the $63 deposit (just let them have it. They need it more than anyone) and try to get you to sign the lease online. DO NOT DO IT! Apartment wasn’t clean prior to moving in. Very small. Odor throughout the complex. Bugs everywhere in the apartment, walls wasn’t fixed, terrible painting, dirty bathroom. I would not recommend. I didn’t even want to leave 1... star.

A great place to live
Peaceful and staff is nice is super friendly and nice. The apartment I stayed at the did an amazing job getting it ready. It has be a pleasure to stay a such a nice place with a great team of people always working to help you.
