Experience living in KP
I lived at Kingsville Pointe for two years. Unfortunately, for the price you pay, the quality of service does not match the cost. If you’re thinking about moving to Kingsville, here are a few things you should consider before choosing this apartment complex:
1. The ceilings frequently leak and collapsed.
2. Maintenance is extremely slow with serious issues. My first-floor bathroom was clogged for five months, and it wasn’t fixed until I sent a formal legal notice.
3. When you report a... maintenance issue, they often close the work order without actually fixing the problem. They mark it as completed even though the issue still exists, forcing you to report it again.
4. There is no transparency regarding electricity usage. They don’t provide individual electricity consumption records, so you have no way of knowing whether you’re paying only for your own usage or also covering someone else’s.
5. You pay for valet trash service, but the trash is often not picked up.
6. The office has constant staff turnover. Almost every month there is a new property manager or leasing representative. If you report a problem to one person, the next person often has no knowledge of it, so you end up starting over.
7. Even after moving out, billing issues continue. I had to return several times because incorrect charges kept appearing on my account, even though I wasn’t responsible for them.
Overall, my experience was very disappointing. I hope management improves these issues so future residents receive the level of service they are paying for.
